ROOF RENOVATION SERVICES WELLS FARGO NORTHBOROUGH, HOUSTON, TEXAS

CONSULTING SERVICES PROVIDED:
This facility is an eight-story building with a one-story penthouse and a ground level canopy walkway. It was constructed in June of 1981 with conventional construction including steel columns, beams, and metal roof deck with lightweight concrete fill on all roof areas. ECI performed an evaluation of the original building roof areas, including review of available facility documentation. ECI provided an evaluation report containing our findings, conclusions, recommendations, and opinions of cost for repairs, as well as construction documents, construction administration and inspection. The project included coordination with the Client, tenant personnel, and Subcontractors. To date, ECI has evaluated, designed, and managed numerous jobs for PM Realty Group.

SOLUTIONS:

1. Infrared Testing Services to determine areas of wet or deteriorated lightweight concrete fill. 
2. Lightweight insulating fill repairs. 
3. Removal of existing abandoned equipment. 
4. Spudding of existing gravel surfacing at all roof areas. 
5. Mechanical Installation of new Dens Deck Prime recovery board. 
6. Removal of rusting metal at parapet walls. 
7. All parapet walls wrapped and capped with new metal coping. 
8. Skylight and helipad waterproofing repairs. 
9. Installation of new fully adhered 60 mil reinforced TPO recovery roof system.
