CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF BEDFORD, TEXAS

Exterior Consulting Innovations, Inc. has provided consulting services for all facilities (16 total) belonging to the City of Bedford (Texas). Responsibilities included performing exterior and interior condition surveys, moisture intrusion surveys, testing (infrared, moisture absorption, mold), roofing and waterproofing design, construction documents, project management (including bid award, construction meetings, and pay submittal approval), construction management, and field inspection of construction work. Projects included coordination with the City of Bedford, roof contractors, waterproofing contractors, MEP contractors, and hazardous material personnel to effectively perform evaluations (all facilities), roof repairs, roof replacements, waterproofing repairs, HVAC and chiller replacement, mold remediation/build-back, and landscaping/drainage repairs at selected facilities. To-date, ECI has evaluated, designed, and managed over $1,000,000 of construction value for the City of Bedford.
